Barefoot running drills for today

The genius that is Eric Orton has this running drill video which I’ve been doing this week. Thought I’d share.

Now this running drill is absolutely hilarious to do. No idea if it’ll do any good but it’s a good giggle when you give it a go. I’m presuming it’s all about strengthening your big toe which is vital for efficient running I believe.

Just run up a couple of hills though and it nearly killed me. Clearly two weeks off running is like a lifetime!
